Not only did they provide outstanding service, but they also went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. the attention to detail was impeccable - from finding and returning my lost earring to the prompt ironing facilities available upon request. the cozy sitting area with a terrace overlooking the stunning garden was the perfect spot to unwind with a cup of tea provided in our room. the free toiletries were of high quality, and the electric kettle made it convenient for us to enjoy a hot beverage at any time. the combination of carpeted and parquet floors added a touch of elegance to the room, making our experience truly luxurious.
